Shipping Prices & Delivery Times

Shipping is $10.00 within Western Australia and $19.00 for all other states. All prices include 10% GST.
Please allow 7 – 10 business days for your wine order to arrive. If your order does not arrive within this time please email us info@ideefixe.com.au or call +61 8 9756 5000.

Order Tracking

If you provide your email address you will be able to receive tracking notifications from Australia Post.

With all deliveries a signature is required. Without one, a calling card will be left in your absence to collect your wine from Australia Post. Idée Fixe does not accept responsibility for any goods left unattended.

International orders are not available online at this point. Please phone us on +61 8 9756 5000 to discuss your requirements.

If your wine does not arrive within 10 working days of your order being received please email info@ideefixe.com.au or call +61 8 9756 5000.

On the rare occasion that incorrect goods are delivered, shipping damages are incurred or your wine does not arrive in a satisfactory condition, we will fully refund or replace the bottles concerned, including return shipping costs, providing they are returned unopened within one month of delivery.
