Idée Fixe Brut Rosé is unveiled.
02|03|2021
The curious sibling to Idée Fixe Premier Brut, made from Chardonnay with a splash of Pinot Noir, is now available.
A vibrant, light-salmon hued méthode traditionnelle Brut Rosé, crafted from estate-grown Chardonnay, with a small portion of Pinot Noir. Discover exotic floral aromas, savoury undertones and lingering flavours of blood orange and strawberry tart. Be dazzled by its fine bead, softly creaming mousse and light, textural tannins.
Idée Fixe Brut Rosé is a fetching aperitif or the perfect accompaniment with food including glazed salmon, roast duck or triple cream brie on fresh crusty bread.
Idée Fixe is made at a dedicated sparkling wine making facility in the south of Margaret River, following the detailed Méthode Traditionnelle process, with its secondary fermentation and extended ageing on lees completed in bottle. The Brut Rosé spends 15+ months on lees and is disgorged at several times throughout the year.
