Vintage 2025 parcels are showing beautifully – vibrant, textural and full of promise. This year, over 50 individual parcels are being carefully assessed for our future cuvées – each one aged in either tank, stainless steel barrel or seasoned French oak. Some batches have undergone malolactic fermentation, whilst in others the winemakers have chosen to let the natural acidity shine.

As we enter the blending period, our winemaking team is deep in evaluation mode – trialling and tasting combinations of Vintage 2025 base wines ahead of tirage in September. This is a defining period for our future Premier Brut and Brut Rosé, plus a few new surprise cuvées in the making.

The team meticulously evaluate each blend, obsessively seeking the most harmonious balance in acidity, fruit profile, and textural nuances. Final blending decisions for our vintage 2025 wines will unfold slowly through July and August.
