Scenes from Vintage 2025

The first hand-harvested Chardonnay of Vintage 2025 arrived safely at the Idée Fixe winery on Tuesday, 11 February, marking the beginning of the season. The final parcels of fruit were whole bunch pressed and fermented at the start of March. At the winery, the team watches over primary fermentations with care, guiding each ferment as it continues the journey to becoming our Blancs de Blancs.
