With every flicker, Executive Chef Jake Lynch brings fire to the flavour game, curating a five-course tasting menu that’s equal parts playful and refined. Each dish finds its perfect match in a glass of Blanc de Blancs from Idée Fixe and a delightful selection of wines from Vasse Felix.
