Join Old Bridge Cellars, Idée Fixe and Jerry Fraser for an afternoon in the spring sunshine, shucking oysters and sipping on Margaret River Blanc de Blancs.
We’re back for the second year in a row! Learn the art of shucking with the legendary King of Oysters, Jerry Fraser. In this two-hour masterclass, Jerry will guide you through the steps to perfectly open an oyster, offering insights into flavour profiles and serving tips. Sit back and enjoy your own freshly shucked Pacific and Rock oysters alongside Idée Fixe Premier Brut and Brut Rosé, which we will be pouring throughout the afternoon.
Idée Fixe winemaker, Casey Economides, joins us from Margaret River to share the latest updates from the winery and talk through some of the intricacies of traditional method winemaking.
