As you sip on the best Blanc de Blanc styles from Australia paired with the freshest seafood, Mick will delve into the intricacies of sparkling winemaking, and the evolution of the Idée Fixe house.

Often considered the pinnacle of classic sparkling wine varieties for its elegance, Blanc de Blancs is a wondrous wine produced exclusively with white grapes and has a well-balanced, clean and crisp flavour that is the perfect partner to any meal.

Guests will enjoy delectable canapés complemented by a glass of sparkling on arrival before moving into the centre lounges for an exquisite four-course seafood dinner curated by Executive Chef Kim Brennan to match the delicacy, vibrancy and freshness of the Blanc de Blancs style.
