Idée Fixe comes alive at State Buildings in Perth

Pop into the The Wine Merchant after a long day of work and unwind with a glass of our Premier Brut. Embark on an extra special culinary journey and experience Idée Fixe with the seasonal 6-course tasting menu at Wildflower. For those night owls, head one flight down to Pooles Temple, a late night underground bar where refined indulgence abounds and Blanc de Blancs, oysters and jazz await.

We are also teaming up with State Buildings for a celebration of all things local during YELLO Festival, 8 – 17 October 2020. Perth’s point zero is set to come alive this October with an exciting programme of events that spans across eight venues, over ten days.

YELLO Festival officially kicks off on Thursday, 8 October 2020 with YELLO Begins. Join us in the wonderous surrounds of Postal Hall and experience Idée Fixe as celebrations begin with two live sets from Perth jazz to pop band, Wilson’s Racket. 

For an afternoon of pure indulgence, don’t miss YELLO Salon. Acclaimed pastry chef, Rika Shiina, has put together an elegant afternoon tea menu to accompany Idée FixePremier Brut Blanc de Blancs.  Relax and experience a live sketching session with renowned Australian fashion illustrator, Pippa Mcmanus and the beautiful sounds of the talented Chris Foster, on the grand piano.
